Frame is a section within the fair dedicated to solo artist presentations. Frame was established in 2009 and shows young galleries from around the world that have been in existence for less than six years. The galleries selection for 2011 was advised by Cecilia Alemani and Rodrigo Moura. Advisors to Frame in previous years include Daniel Baumann and Sarah McCrory.

Frieze New York is a contemporary art fair that will take place on Randall’s Island, Manhattan 4 – 7 May 2012. The fair will feature approximately 170 of the world’s most forward-thinking galleries.
